Students from The Hub, our Food and Fibre Production class and members of our Student Leadership Group attended the first day of Agfest recently. It was a great day out with fine weather and very short lines at stalls. Mr Hall appeared to buy a lot - he even tried to hide his spending by leaving bags at the NW Mowers tent.

The animals were great ... 'yeah they were cute (Tylani)' and there was a guy running about in an ibis costume ... 'lol (Tylani again)'.

The Henna stall was popular with some of our girls. Hands were painted and after returning half an hour later a lemon spray was applied to set the paste. Toyota hats were also in demand on our home leg down South Street.

It was a good time and we encourage students to take the opportunity to attend next year.

Oh, and the stop at Maccas on the way home was quite the brain break - time to relax and well eat junk food. 'Thank you Mikkel for such a kind gesture' - yes she bought Mr Hall fries and a coke.
