In Year 8 we have been very busy in our option classes. MDT classes have been working on different projects. One of the classes has been  constructing wooden stools with Mr Skene and others are making band saw drawers with Mr Cornwall. In Music we have started practising music in ensembles, performing many different songs with Mr Legg. Grace, Riley, Mitchell, Ari, Liam, and Alex are working on Smoke on the Water and plan to perform to their class soon. The Year 8 Drama class have just finished their performance of Rapunzel and are starting a new play, which should be finished in the next few weeks. They are hoping to have a larger audience than last time and boost the class’ confidence.

These great opportuntites in option classes are helping us prepare for our future and will give us a head start in life.
