Check out this time-lapse capturing the incredible progress made by our Greenpower teams yesterday during their F24 electric vehicle build sessions!

Our Grade 7/8 team made an impressive start, assembling the front and rear chassis, fitting the seat belts, and getting stuck into the front uprights. Meanwhile, our Grade 9/10 team built on the momentum from last week, pushing toward completion of the front uprights and axle assembly, even getting started on the steering system and prepping the wheels.

With Greenpower now in full swing, our students are taking real ownership of different roles within their teams — working across six departments that reflect real-world motorsport operations. It’s hands-on, industry-connected STEM learning that’s empowering students to lead, collaborate, and innovate every step of the way.

This is just the beginning, and we’re proud to be part of this state-first initiative through the Parklands Collective STEM Hub, enabled by Australian Schools Plus, and delivered in partnership with GreenSTEM Education and Greenpower Australia with the support of Marinus Link and Burnie City Council.
